What is Revival: A restoration to use, acceptance, activity, or vigor after a period of obscurity or quiescence.
That's not new people coming into relationship with GOD. That's people dead in their relationship coming back to life. It's like GOD taking the paddles from the crash cart, yelling "CLEAR" and shocking the "hell" out of us. Think about it, you've slowly been slipping into the gripes of hell, either because of the shells hock of a life event or euthanized by the drugs of circumstance and personal comfort. Then the Creator GOD , the True Lover of your soul, the Great Physician comes into the room and revives you. He brings you back to life.
Revival isn't for the unsaved, it's for the dead.
